Non-Refundable Situations:

- If you have completed more than 20% of the course.

- If you simply changed your mind or no longer wish to take the course.
- Refunds will not be issued for subscription-based courses after access has been granted.

3. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days from the date of approval.
- The time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider (Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer, etc.).
- If you do not receive your refund within the expected time, please contact your payment provider before reaching out to us.
4. Course Cancellations & Subscription Refunds
- One-Time Course Purchases: Refunds are applicable as per the above-mentioned eligibility criteria.
- Subscription Plans: If you have a monthly or annual subscription, you can cancel anytime, but refunds will not be provided for unused portions of the subscription. You will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.
